Boil the potatoes and mash it nicely.

Take a pan and put oil in it.. then put souf and hing in it.

Then put ground nut and ginger paste in it.. cook it for a minute

Then put mashed potatoes in the pan..

Then put all masalas in it and mix it well.

Then put sugar in it... and cook for 5 minutes

Bake dabeli paav on a oiled pan.. till it gets a little bit crunchy

Then apply garlic chutney and sause on each side of the dabeli paav.

Then put the potato masala in the middle and close it.

Now ur dabeli paav is ready to get served.
