Heat the smokies with a t/spoon oil for 5mins

Fry onions with a tablespoon oil till golden brown

Add tomatoes and a pinch of salt a and cover for 3mins

Add tomatoes sauce

Slice the smokies and add in the pan, mix them in nicely let them cook for 2mins and remove from heat

Melt the margarine in another pot and add the peas and toss them for 1 minute

Mix the peas with the cooked rice

Serve your meal and garnish with dhania
