Mash boiled potatoes add salt as per taste and and 2 tbsp of singhada flour and mix well

In a bowl add grated coconut, dry fruits, green chilli, salt and sugar. Mix well
- 3
Take small ball of potato mix, with a thumb press in centre and make round, now fill one spoon of coconut mix and close the ball to give kachori shape
- 4
Once kachori is ready dip it in remaining singhada flour and keep it aside. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

Heat oil and fry these kachoris on a medium flame till golden brown. Remove it on a tissue paper. Serve hot.
