Ingredients

  • 1small bowl gram flour
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4garam masala
  • 2onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1green chilli
  • 4,5 piecesgarlic
  • 1 tbsoil
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a dish add gram flour 1/2 spoon salt

  2. 2

    Add 1/4 turmeric powder add 2 spoon oil add garam masala

  3. 3

    Now make a paste of onion, garlic, tomato and green chilli

  4. 4

    Now make a hard dough and make long roll from it now take a vessel boil water and boil this rolls for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Take a wok add oil heat it now add onion tomato paste and fry it till leave oil now add turmeric powder add salt And red chilli powder mix it now cut roll and add in it

  6. 6

    Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame

  7. 7

    Besan ke gatte is ready serve it with chappati
