Peel the cassava n wash it

Slice it into desired shapes.

In a sufuria put the sliced cassavas, and some salt.

Boil until half cooked. Don't overcook them, otherwise thy will mash.

Drain any excess water if any. Put the cassava in try to let dry.

In a pan, put enough oil. Heat up the boil. Add the cassavas and let them brown.

Serve with pilipili masala
