Mix curd and semolina together and keep this mixture aside for 20 min.

Till then chop onion and tomato.

After 20 minute mix (baking soda, salt, chilli powder, black salt and chopped onion and tomato) all the ingredients.

Take one small pan put little bit clarified butter in it after that put mustard seeds in it. Now pour this tempering in semolina mixture.

Now keep non stick tawa on flame and put some drop of clarified butter on it. Now spread 2 spoon semolina mixture on it and give roti shape. And cook properly from both the sides.

Semolina Chilla is ready.
