Steps

Take two and half cup of maida, add 1/2 cup ghee, little salt and knead, add little water and prepare dough. keep it aside for 20min.

Take 4 tbsp of ghee and 6 tbsp of maida and mix them well which makes a paste.

Now dust maida on rolling table.

Place the dough on rolling table and roll the dough thin.

Now apply the maida, ghee paste on the rolled dough all over..

Now roll it slowly, if necessary dust little floor and roll it up.

Slightly press the roll and Cut into small pieces.

Now they are ready to swim in frying oil

Deep fry in oil and take them out

Prepare sugar syrup with 2 cups of sugar and one cup of water, add little elaichi powder.

Finally add kaajas in sugar syrup
