Ingredients

  1. 10eggs
  2. 1big coconut
  3. 250 gramSugar
  4. 2 tspRoasted gram powder
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  6. pinch salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the coconut and take thick milk

  2. 2

    Beat the egg well and mix the powered sugar and roast gram powder with cardamom powder and coconut milk

  3. 3

    Put little water in the idli vessel and place the egg mixture in the bowl and boil

  4. 4

    Fry cashewnuts in the ghee and serve vatlappam
