Ingredients

  • 10puri (puchka)
  • 2cheese cube
  • 2 tbspsweet amli vali chatney
  • 1 tbspgreen chatney
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tbspsev
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1/3 cupboiled black chana
  • 1/3 cupchopped onion
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspred chili paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fristly in a bowl mash potato add boiled black chana, salt and onion

  2. 2

    Add red chili paste and mix well

  3. 3

    Stuff this masala in to the puri

  4. 4

    1 tsp green chatney (tikki) dale.

  5. 5

    2 tsp sweet chatney dale sev aur cheese dal kr parose.
