Wash your chicken and drain,put to boil,in add chopped onions, pepper,curry,thyme, seasoning,Bay leaves,garlic ginger, ground cardamom and black pepper, cook for 25 minutes,when done,drain from stock and keep aside

In a hot oil,fry your chicken untill golden brown and keep aside

In a separate pan,add grinded pepper,onions into a little oil and stir fry,add seasoning,curry,spring onion,fry for some minutes,then add in the fried chicken and stir,and you are done!
