Firstly wash potato and cut in round shape (little thick in size) potatoes (aloo) in a bowl,put little salt for few minutes

In a Kadai put oil when heating put each all pieces,fry till crispy fr 10 mins and a medium flame

Then in a bowl/ plate,mix all Masala (haldi, coriander powder, Red chilli powder salt and little khuskhus) put each pieces of aloo,and then put it in with little oil and fry for few minutes and then granish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati yummy it taste
