Steps

Take a pan and dry roast the semolina.

Take another pan. Put oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Saute it.

Add water and add salt. Get it boiled.

Now add roasted semolina and mix it well. Close the lid for 5 min. Off the flame. Let it get cool.

While the mixture is little warm start smashing it with your palm. Make it smooth like a dough.

Now put little oil on palm and start making small balls out of it. Make all balls and keep it on steaming tray.

Get it steam for 5-8 min. Let it get completely cool down. Soft balls get ready.

For Tempering: Take a pan on slow flame add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cashew, dry red chilli, curry leaves.

Once all get crackled add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder.

Mix it well and add semolina balls. Mix it well, sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Soft and spicy semolina balls are ready served as side dish or serve with hot tea or coffee on breakfast.
