Heat oil in a cooker add jeera and hing when it crackle add spices except garam masala and amchur and roast for a minute.

Now add peas and washed potatoes add 1/4 cup of water cover the lid.

Take 2 whistles,now remove the lid add garam masala and amchur mix well.

Serve hot with paratha.
