  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Salt
  5. Plantain
  6. Fresh tomatoes
  7. Curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Break and whisk egg add salt and curry.cut fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes

  2. 2

    Heat up vegetable oil fry fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes for 5minutes add onion and salt stir and pour in the egg then stir and fry for 1more minute.
