Method…Take a bowl add rawa, curd, onion, salt, black pepper and ginger mix it well..
Keep aside for 10- 15 minutes… - 2
Meanwhile take a bowl add paneer, onion, coriander, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, salt, jeera powder, black pepper and mix it well…stuffing is ready….after 10 minutes take rawa batter.

If rawa batter is thick so add water as per requirement, mix it well …then add eno in
Rawa batter and add pinch of water mix it..batter is ready. - 4
Take pre heated non stick tawa spread butter and 1-2 spoon of batter on tawa..spraed it in square shape and cover it with lid..cook it 2-3 minutes on low flame…after 3 minutes add some stuffing, spread on sandwich and again pour batter on stuffing..cook it for 2 minutes.(cover the lid).

Then flip it gently till gets golden brown both sides…healthy rawa sandwich is ready..transfer it in plate…serve it with chutney and sauce…ENJOY!!
