Ingredients

  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspgreen chillies
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add brinjal and fry with salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Now stir the curd well and mix salt

  4. 4

    Add this into the pan and boil

  5. 5

    Add sugar,mix well and remove
