Take all ingredients in a bowl.add water in parts so as to fron a thick better.

Slit green chilli from one side add in hot water in 1-2 minutes,then add salt and dry mango powder inside of mirch.

Dip chilli in batter evenly coat the mirch with batter and also apply some batter inside the green chilli.

In a deep frying pan heat oil and deep fry the batter coated green chilli in oil till they golden brown and crisp.

Serve pakoda with pav bread.
