BEAT all ingredients, except chips, in large bowl with mixer on low just to moisten. Beat on medium 2 minutes.

STIR in chips. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.

BAKE in preheated 350 degree F oven 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Invert cake onto wire rack. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or drizzle with Vanilla Butter Glaze (recipe follows).

MIX 3 tbsp butter, melted, 2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, 3 tbsp water and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Let stand 3 minutes or until thickened. Drizzle on cake.
