In a hot wok add oil.Add the ginger garlic

Cook for only a few seconds. Throw in the washed,drained vegetables

Add soy sauce,salt,black pepper powder. Stir well.Cook till jyst done

In another pan boil the noodles as per instruction on the packet

Drain them. Reserve the flavoured broth
- 6
Take a bowl, put the noodles,the vegs. Pur the broth. Cut the egg into half. Place on top. Serve hot
