Snickersnoodles

(Pronounced "snicker-snoodles") This was in a magazine in Newfoundland years ago when my mother was growing up. Her aunt started making it, and the recipe quickly spread through the family, and now all of the cousins have grown up with it. It's a hit at parties, and makes a great appetizer or snack for a movie night in.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then top with pieces of crumbled, cooked bacon.
- 4
Set cookie sheet onto the second highest rack in oven. Broil for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until edges are toasted and cheese is bubbling.
