Wash mushroom Make paste of onion and curd

Dry roast fennel seeds,cardamom, cinnamon,cloves,ground nuts. Grind and sieve to get fine powder

Add ghee into a pan.Add cumin seeds.Let it crackle add mushrooms.Saute for 3 minutes.

Add curd onion paste.Add cumin coriander black pepper powder

Cook for 4 minutes.Add roasted fennel mixture powder. Add pudina leaves. Ready to serve with roti or fried rice.
