Dhokla in Microwave

In a bowl take all the ingredients, except eno and water.

Pour water in the bowl, now mix all the ingredients and add eno and make smooth batter.

Grease microwave bowl with oil.

Transfer batter to the greased bowl.

Keep this into oven and microwave it for 5-6 mins.

Meanwhile we can prepare the tempering - take a pan, heat oil,add mustard seeds, curry leaves,1 min later add water, lemon juice and sugar. Cook for 3 mins and switch off the flame.

After 5 mins check the dhokha is properly cooked or not by inserting toothpick, if not cooked microwave it for few more mins.

Once dhokla is cooked, pour the prepared tempering over it and Garnish it with chopped coriander. Cut it in square pieces. Relish it.
