Gujhiya completed the holi fastival... And if these gujhiya's are healthy inhence the joy and happiness. I made it in air fryer to keep them healthy.

Gujhiya completed the holi fastival... And if these gujhiya's are healthy inhence the joy and happiness. I made it in air fryer to keep them healthy.
Steps

Mix refined flour and salt. Seive it.

Now add ghee, and crushed rose petals, mix well, and make crumble of it.

Now add water and knead it and make a tight dough. Keep aside for 20 min

In a bowl take all filling ingredients, mix well.

Now add gulkand and mix well.

Now take ball from dough, roll it.

Now fill the filling, and closed it with fork.

Preheat the air fryer(180℃, 10min) and put gujhiya in it for 15min. Our gulkandi gujhiya is ready.
(Heat oil in a pan, and fry all the gujhiya.)
