Deep fry the mid sections till golden brown.

To make the sugar syrup, you have to boil sugar and the water (ratio 1:1) a sauce pan until until it reaches a honey-like consistency.

Add the bites on the syrup and toss/stir until evenly coated.

Leave to cool

When ready serve. It will look like sugar sprinkles.
