Ingredients

  • 3 cupsbaking mix
  • 3eggs
  • 1 lbmild breakfast sausage
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2-2 cupsshredded cheddar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray 2 muffin pans

  2. 2

    Cook sausage and onions.

  3. 3

    Mix baking batter with the eggs and milk.

  4. 4

    Add sausage and onion mixture and cheese. Mix all ingredients together.

  5. 5

    Fill muffin pans (I used my 1/4 cup measuring cup, came out perfect).

  6. 6

    Bake for 15-25 minutes (depending on your oven). When edges are browned they are done and yummy.

  7. 7

    If you make them the night before just put in a Ziploc bag and put in the refrigerator and the next morning get you a couple and warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds
