Ingredients

Each two 15 servings
  • 3 cupsAll purpose flour
  • 2 cupscurd
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4baking soda
  • 3 cupsSugar
  • as your choiceColours

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour add curd

  2. 2

    Keep aside minimum 2 hours

  3. 3

    After 2 hours add baking powder and soda mix it well no lumps add colour you want

  4. 4

    Take a sauce pan add sugar and 1cup water make chashani

  5. 5

    Heat oil in flat pans with the help of piping bag made rings like jalabi in medium hot oil

  6. 6

    Put deep fry rings into hot chasni
