Soak chanaovernight and boil in the morning with salt

Onion,tomato, ginger grind in the grinder and make a fine paste.

Take a pan heat the oil add Hing and onion tomato paste and stir continue. After 10 mint add dry spices and stir again.

Add boiled chanaand mix well. Cook 10 to 15 mint on simmer. Chanais ready to serve.
