In pan add rice 🍚 with green cardamom and water and boil them when rice 🍚 becomes soft then add milk sugar and zafran and mix continually with whisk when kheer becomes thick add milk powder and nuts mix then garnish with badam and pista and serve chill
Note : Green cardamom discard when pour in serving bowl
