Place sugar and butter together and mix become creamy and fluffy.

Add and mix cream and vanilla essence.

Add seived flour in it and mix it thoroughly.

Clean wrap mixture and put in the fridge for 15 mins.

Using a rolling pin make a circle and give it shape by using cookies cutter.

Using another cookie cutter make a hole inside it si that it can come on top of the another cookie.

Bake cookies at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.

Cook a jam with little bit sugar and water for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the jam mixture in the cookies.
