Steps

Wash the chicken and prepare a marination of all the ingredients except jeera,whole masala sandal powder and ghee

Keep it for 2-3 hrs and after it heat ghee in a flat pan,temper whole garam masala

Now add the chicken and the marination,cook on low heat.

Stir in between and make sure that it doesn't get burnt.

Add sandal powder and sugar and remove to serve hot
