Ingredients

  • 1 litrelassi
  • 1small cup besan
  • 2chopped onion, potatoes
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 1 tspgarlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder, red chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadai and add zeera.

  2. 2

    Then ginger and garlic paste in it saute it and add onion in it.

  3. 3

    Then add potato and tomato and and saute it.

  4. 4

    Then besan mix into lassi and mix lassi add in saute mixture.

  5. 5

    Cook for 20-25 mintute.

  6. 6

    Ready to eat.
