1/2 kgcarrot
250 gramaloo
1/2 kgpeas
As neededginger
2green chilli
To tastesalt, red chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
As neededoil

Steps

1

Firstly cut aloo gajar in small pieces and peel the peas and wash this.

Take oil in pan add ginger and saute it for 1 mint.

After this add another veggies and all spices in it and mix well.

After 10 mint our dish is ready.
