Mix the semolina, melted clarified butter, and salt well until fully combined.

Add water and orange blossom water gradually until you get a firm dough, then let it rest.

Roll out the date filling to about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick, then roll out the main dough with a rolling pin to about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick.

Shape the dough into a log and cut it as shown in the picture.

Use a decorative tool to make patterns on each piece as shown.

Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown.

Once cooled, dip the pieces in warm honey and serve as shown.
