Heat a kadai add oil. Add cottage cheese cubes till golden brown. Drain on absorbent the paper.

Heat a oil in a nonstick pan add a mustard seed and the let the speed splutter. Add curry leaves, green chillies, onion mix and saute till onion turns translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste mix well and saute for 1minute. Add turmeric powder and mix well.

Add fried cottage cheese and mix well. Add coconut milk and mix well. Cook for 2min.add salt and mix well.

Ready to yummy malabar panner curry serve hot.
