Channa Daal and Khajoor Halwa and laddoos

Soak Daal for atleast over night or 6 hours.
Boil milk and add daal till all milk dries.
If khajoor is hard then soak it in very little warm milk or else just wash and grind it.
Grind chana daal too.
Add ghee in a pan and add elaichi and chana daal. On low flame cook it till daal changes its colour.
Add khajoor and bhonofy for ten more minutes. - 2
If you like more meetha add caster sugar according to ur sweetness.
Add chopped nuts and kishmish.
When ghee comes out halwa is ready.
I have roll it in Aluminium foil and refrigerate for an hour.
Its your choice to have it hot or on room temperature.
Roll into chopped nuts and coconut.
Enjoyyyy the yummiest halwa.
