Wash the beans and potato, trim the tips and cut into 1.5” pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan or kadai. Splutter the mustard seeds. add cluster beans and potato. add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it well. Cover and cook it on medium-low flame for about 10 minutes.

Open the lid of sabzi, now Add masala powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Switch off the stove. cluster beans fry is ready to be served.
