Method:
Soak rice for 20 minutes.
Dissolve gur in 1 cup water to make kind of sheera, if not completely dissolved, heat the mixture for few minutes and keep aside. Heat ghee in cooking pot and add illaichi & clove, add water and give it a boil. - 2
Add soaked/drained rice to it. Cook on med high flame, till water evaporates and only bubbles are remained on surface (like it happens while cooking pulao). Add the sheera and mix it lightly by shaking the pot. Cook for few minutes to dry it up a bit. Avoid using spoon in rice while cooking, it breaks the rice. Cover with lid and put on dum for 20-25minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:-
Nobody eats nuts in rice at my place so we skipped it but you can add blanched almonds while putting on dum
