Cheese Corn Balls is one such dish that can be served anytime of the day and appeals to all age group.
Steps

To make the corn and cheese mixture: In a bowl, add the grated cheese, boiled and smashed potatoes, boiled corn, green capsicum, chopped coriander, chilli flakes, crushed oregano, little peppers, garlic paste and salt and mix everything well.

Then apply little oil on your palm and start making little balls from the mixture. And refrigerate it for about 20 minutes.

To make the flour batter: In a bowl, add flour and water and mix them till you get a pouring consistency batter. After 20 minutes remove the cheese balls from refrigerator and dip each balls into batter and coat it in bread crumbs.

Then deep fry them till they're golden brown in colour. And serve it hot with green chutney.
