Cut the goat head into pieces. Wash thoroughly and parboil with your preferred seasonings.

When the meat is done, make sure the stock (water) is a bit dried up,roast and grind the ehuru,then add it into the pot, together with other seasonings and a little drop of red oil,then stir all together and garnish with onion and utazi leafs.

Nkwobi goes well with any chilled drink of your choice.
