  • Stock fish
  • Dry fish
  • Ofor (soup thickener)
  • leafUkazi
  • Esam
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Maggi
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Stem the meat with Maggi, salt and pepper to make the meat have taste add the stock fish and allow to cook for some time

  2. 2

    Add the quatity of water you want in the pot and allow to boil add palm oil, crayfish and pepper cover the pot for it to boil together

  3. 3

    Then you add the ofor small depending on the quatity of water in the pot. Don't allow the Ofor to be much for it not to be too thick

  4. 4

    Add Maggi and salt with the esam and allow it to boil together before putting the ukazi leaf

  5. 5

    After which the soup is ready you can eat with any swallow of your choice
