In your hot pan put the butter and veg oil allow to get hot then add your onion and garlic fry for a bit, add the carrot and fry for like 5minute.

Add the broccoli, cauliflower stir then add your maggi, salt, parsley and white pepper. Stir very well.

Add the cream an little water mix well and Cook for like 5minute (it depend how you want your vegetables to be either soft or a bit crunchy). Note do not cover your pan

Lastly add your peppers and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes because we don't want our vegetables too soft.

Remove from the fire and enjoy with rice, macaroni or potatoes.
