  • 250 gmall purpose flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tspcarom seeds
  • as neededoil for fry or

    First crumble flour with 2 tbsp oil

  2. 2

    Add salt and carom,knead a soft dough by adding water

  3. 3

    Now roll a small ball size dough,cut in strips and deep fry in hot oil till a crisp
