In a microwave safe bowl, microwave 1 tbsp of butter at 100% power for few seconds

Add chopped tomatoes,onion, ginger,garlic, beetroot, carrot and 2 cup water

Cover with lid and microwave for 10-15 minutes

Blend in a blender,or by hand blender,strain and make puree

Now for tempering add 1 tbsp butter in a pan,add cumin seeds,1 _2 cloves

Add tomota puree, water,salt garam masala,sugar and 1 tbsp cornflour (dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water,)

Cook for 7-8 minutes

Pour in soup bowl,stir in to lightly beaten cream,garnish with fresh chopped coriander
