Wash your rice,Par-boil it and keep it aside

Boil a water and put your piece count 20sec then add your carrots count 20sec and stren it then put it in a very cold water

Wash your carrots use a potato piller or knife to pill it. Cut it in cubes.Wash your piece and set aside

Fry your egg to make it scramble

In a pan a little amount of oil add your onion and fry it.add your rice turmeric,seasoning carrots, scramble egg, piece and fry it
