Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Tomatoes and peppers
  3. 2tsps of oil
  4. Onions
  5. Fried fish
  6. Seasoning and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash rice and boil to tender

  2. 2

    Put 2tbsp of oil on fire add ur blended tomatoes and peppers with onions give it a stir and cover to cook well

  3. 3

    After few minutes add seasoning cubes and salt then stir and add fried fish cover again it done after five minutes
