Boil sugar with 1 cup water add safron and frw drops of lemon snd set aside

Crush vermicelli add butter and orange color (optional).mix well.whisk cream add condensed milk

In baking dish spread half of the vermicelli add cream mixture then spread mozzarella cheese then cover it with the remaining vermicelli

Pour sugar syrup on to the hot kunaffa.serve hot
