Steps

In a pan roast semolina till it turns aromat. Allow it to cool completely.

Transfer semolina to a mixing bowl. add in salt and curd and Mix well without any lumps. Keep a side for 25mins.

Now add water as required to prepare idli batter consistency.

Now add baking soda or eno and gentle mix. Pour the better immediately onto greased idli plate.

Now make design from coriander leaves and carrots.

Now steam them on medium flame for 15mins. Idli is ready.

Serve soft idlis with chutney and sambar.
