Add baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar and coco powder in maida and mix well

Strain the mix twice in sieve

In a bowl add milk, condensed milk and butter, mix ki well.

Now mix the dry and wet ingredients

Pre heat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 mins

And the batter in a mould with hollow centre or you can call it doughnut cake mould

Bake it at 180 degrees centigrade for 25 mins

Leave it aside until cool down completely

In a pan take heavy cream and bring it to boil (stir it continuously)

Now pour this hot cream on 1 cup of chopped chocolate and leave it for 2 mins.

After 2 mins mix it well and add vanilla essence.

Pour this ganache in the centre space of the cake.

Spread the ganache over the cake and remove excess of it.

Repeat this again for 2nd layer of ganache.

Now drizzle some melted White Chocolate and white choco chips and 1/2 cup of chopped chocolate arround the cake.

Cake is ready you cane garnish it your style.. and serve it
