Homemade Samosa with Chocolate Filling is a sweet variation to this Indian snack and is perfect to satiate your sugar craving.
Steps

In bowl add castor sugar, all purpose flour, ghee and mix. Mix all the ingredients until the mixture gets a crumbly texture. Pour sufficient water and knead a partially rigid dough. Place the dough in a bowl and refrigerate for 7-8 minutes.

Now take small portions from the dough and roll small size chapattis out of these. The size must be something which fits in the palm of your hand easily. Make sure that the small-sized chapattis are not too soft nor hard

Add 4 teaspoons of liquid chocolate filling inside the chapattis. Seal the chapattis from outside to make a samosa. Repeat the process to make other samosas.

In a deep-bottomed pan, heat refined oil over medium flame. Once the oil starts to fume, gently add the raw samosas and deep fry until golden in colour. Transfer the samosas to a plate lined with tissues to soak up the excess oil.
