Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1medium size cucumber
  • 2boiled eggs
  • 1 tbspbaked beans
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped onion
  • I tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbspsalad cream
  • Pinchsalt
  • Dashblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and slice cucumber into thin sheets with a peeler

    Cut eggs in a bowl, add the creams and other ingredients together and mix

    Spread the filling on the cucumber sheets and roll to fold. Arrange on a plate and serve.
